If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy guidelines below:

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return.
  • Orders placed from November 1st through December 31st may qualify for a maximum 90 day grace period for returns due to holidays. The final day to return orders placed between these days is January 31st.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at hopkins@northstarlax.com to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
  • Once you receive return authorization, securely package the item(s) with the original packing materials.

3. Return Options: You have two options for returning items:

  • In-Store Return: Visit our physical store [774 Mainstreet Hopkins, MN 55343] during business hours and bring the item(s), along with your original receipt and return authorization.
  • Online Return: If you made an online purchase, you can ship the item(s) back to us. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • If the original payment was made with a credit card, please allow 1-2 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and specify the replacement item you'd like.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Strung lacrosse heads
  • Strings and mesh

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you.

8. Store Policies:

  • Our return policy applies to all purchases made at Northstar Lacrosse and Pickleball retail location as well as items purchased from our Northstar Lacrosse and Pickleball website.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria.
  • Returns without a valid receipt and return authorization may not be accepted.
